All email addresses registered by users to receive Midwest Action Cycles newsletter are used solely for newsletter subscription purposes. We may notify you via email of new Midwest Action Cycle products, publications, and special offers from Midwest Action Cycle if you give us permission to do so by selecting the Notify Me option within our online catalog. Midwest Action Cycle does not make the information supplied on your ecommerce order form available to outside companies. 

DAMAGES
If you receive a package that is damaged, please contact the respective shipping company using the following numbers:

You must contact the respective shipping company with all damage claims prior to contacting MIDWEST ACTION CYCLE. We will assist you in any way we can to expedite your damage claims.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
MIDWEST ACTION CYCLE uses UPS as the primary shipping company. Orders are sent via ground service, but upgrades to next day and 2 day air are possible. If you require a specified shipper, please let your sales agent know, we will accomadate you as best we can.

If you have any questions regarding the status of your order please call, email, or fax us, and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you. If you do not know the order, search our database for the reference number. If you have further questions please contact us.

If you receive a part of inferior quality or is different than you ordered, we will replace it immediately. Your happiness and continued support is always our number one goal. ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT
MIDWEST ACTION CYCLE accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also ship with a Paypal payment or C.O.D. on approved PHONE orders. ALL C.O.D orders must be paid with a personal/company check or money order (subject to approval). Paypal payment orders must be shipped to the verified Paypal address only, and are subject to additional Paypal fees. You may also send a U.S. funds money order (cashier's check) or a personal/company check to us in advance if you prefer. Please contact us concerning your order prior to sending any money so we can give you complete instructions.

MIDWEST ACTION CYCLE reserves the right to specify a certain payment method at the time of the order. All payment methods are under the discretion of MIDWEST ACTION CYCLE management.
NO partial payments, or lay away type schedules are accepted.

PRICES
MIDWEST ACTION CYCLE reserves the right to change an advertised price based on manufacturer price increase, without any prior notice. If you have any questions about pricing, please see our online catalog which reflects our most up to date prices and /or contact your sales rep

BACKORDERS
On certain occasions, we must order parts from our suppliers that we are currently out of stock on. If this occurs, you will be contacted regarding any delays on your order. MIDWEST ACTION CYCLE reserves the right to split shipments on all cross shipments and backorders, though we will make every possible attempt to contact you before this.

RETURN POLICY
MIDWEST ACTION CYCLE offers a generous return policy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and the service(s) we offer. We will do anything in our power to insure this. If you are unsure about any of the parts that you are interested in, please feel free to call, fax, email, or use our live chat feature and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you in identifying the correct products to meet your needs. Remember that it is better to be sure before your order is placed so that you can save yourself from any restocking fees. We cannot accept ANY returns on electrical items. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Please check your invoice for applicable return rules, largely based on product. We will attempt to accomadate all request, however-

All returns must be authorized and are subject to a twenty(20) percent (%) restocking fee.

CHARGES
All packages are subject to additional shipping and handling fees. MIDWEST ACTION CYCLE will do everything in its power to maintain the lowest costs and minimize these fees.

Recognize shipping fees are based solely on weight, dimension (size) and destination. For an estimation of the costs involved with the shipment of your order, please call, fax, or email our customer service department at 1-262-249-0600 for an accurate shipping quote.

On C.O.D orders, we will provide an exact total of the order, including shipping costs so you can have the method of payment made out for the exact amount of the order invoice. MIDWEST ACTION CYCLE suggests that you exercise good judgement in the selection and installation of all parts. We HIGHLY recommend professional installation on all parts sold.
